KarunaDham, on K S Rao Road was completed in 1998. The building is situated very close to Hampankatta Junction. Karuna Dham has a built area over 50,000 sq.ft and houses Bata, Vishwa Bhavan Restaurant, Cellar Bar & Restaurant, a 65 room Hotel named Hotel Parkway along with numerous shops and offices.
